Through an individually tilting pad structure, stable support for thrust loads and optimal oil film formation are achieved.
Each pad is mounted on a carrier ring (retainer) and can freely adjust its angle, enabling flexible response to various operating conditions.
It is designed to efficiently transmit thrust loads and ensure even load distribution among the pads.
The main types are classified into equalizing bearings connected by leveling links and non-equalizing bearings with an independent pivot system.
Installation and maintenance are simple, and the flexible design allows wide application in high-speed, heavy-load rotating equipment.
